Maximising education and pivoting mid pandemic sees endota Wellness College launch it’s online SHB50216 Diploma of Salon Management.

With the aim of growing endota’s network of spas and therapists, came the launch of endota Wellness College, in 2018. A registered Training Organisation offering nationally recognised training in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage and Salon Management.

With two campuses, across Victoria & NSW, endota Wellness College has trained an impressive 250+ Therapists to date with over 60% of graduates now working within the endota network, while the other 70% have progressed to continue employment in the Beauty & Wellness industry.

The SHB50216 Diploma of Spa Management allows therapists to up-skill and progress in the Beauty & Wellness industry. Through endota centred education, with content relative to all business units including; Human Resources, Leadership, Policies & Procedures, Advertising & Promotions, Marketing and Finances, allowing students to utilise and apply the qualification to multiple settings across the industry.

Heddy Macauly, Salon Management Trainer at eWC, is excited by the new addition to their course offering stating, ‘the Diploma of Salon Management focuses on the running of the business; it helps supervisors, managers and business owners develop the skills and knowledge required to enable their businesses to grow and thrive.’ Heddy continues, ‘In many cases therapists escalate to a management position with little knowledge of the ‘how-to’, relying on luck more than judgement’.

“The flexible nature of the course has no requirement to travel, while the frequent webinars maintain communication so students do not feel alone.” – Heddy Macauly

Guided by the core endota values of Intent, Connect, Truth & Balance, while focussing on the mantra “learn mindfully, live authentically”, eWC’s online student community is thriving; with live streamed classes, 1:1 support sessions with trainers and specialised workshops.

Students are supported through the Diploma with a specialist endota well-being program complete with morning meditation, aromatherapy, exclusive online yoga classes and motivational workshops, while learning from expert industry leaders in virtual classrooms.

Through 1 full Day Online Workshops held on Mondays from 10am – 4pm, every 6 to 10 weeks and 2, 45 minutes webinars each week held at 5.15pm plus 6 to 8 hours of study from home makes this 18 month course a flexible and easily accessible learning pathway for therapists wanting to progress into management, with the practical skills to do so.
